Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Spotted in His Office Amid Divided Rumors

Jennifer Lopez looked tense when she and Ben Affleck stopped by her Beverly Hills office on Friday amid split rumors.

The 54-year-old Atlas actress – who recently appeared cheerful inside her $60 million mansion as she packed her bags for a trip to New York – passed through a parking lot, with the 51-year-old Oscar winner arriving just minutes after.

The two stars are involved in split rumors and are reportedly ‘living separate lives’ amid claims their ‘divorce is imminent’.

Lopez – who is ‘just’ trying to save her doomed marriage – put on a stylish display wearing a pair of light blue jeans with a flared hem and tucked a white blouse into the waistband of her pants.

She slipped on a pair of nude closed-toe heels and easily carried a light green Hermes bag in her hand to store a few items she needed during her busy day.

Jennifer’s hair was pulled back into a chic ponytail, allowing her bangs to fall softly across her forehead.

The On The Floor singer accessorized her look with a pair of large gold hoop earrings in trendy shades.

Lopez was seen exiting a sleek vehicle upon arriving at the office and quickly entered the building.

And just minutes later, Ben — who recently met up with mom Chris Anne Boldt near her $100,000-a-month Brentwood rental — was also seen strolling through the parking lot upon arriving at the office.

While chatting on his smartphone, the actor kept it casual in a dark red shirt and also a pair of jeans.

He topped off his ensemble with a plaid button-down shirt that was left unbuttoned in the front and wore beige and white sneakers secured with laces. Affleck carried a black backpack over his right shoulder as he entered the building.

Their exit comes amid speculation that the pair – who tied the knot in July 2022 – are heading towards an ‘imminent’ divorce amid claims they are living apart and also ‘looking for their own homes’.

On Friday, a music industry source exclusively told DailyMail.com that Jennifer is “done” trying to save her marriage to Ben.

‘Jenny is abundant and she really tried, but she can’t do anything else, it’s not getting better, it’s worse,’ said the source.

The source added that the main reason Lopez left Affleck was because he was always “grumpy and negative,” like Oscar The Grouch from Sesame Street.

Jennifer is sad about the end of her marriage, but “is trying to make the best of it by working out, spending time with her twins Max and Emme, and making new plans for 2025,” they continued.

One of those new plans is to resume her This Is Me… Live tour for the summer of 2025, when she turns 56. She canceled her 2024 tour that was scheduled to begin in July in order to ‘get her act together’.

“She is excited to tour next year when her personal life is calmer and she can connect with her fans. She will take her tribe with her and make the most of it, ”said the source.

Lopez would also have been “shocked” with the bad publicity he has been receiving, which she believes not fair.

She has Max and Emme, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony. And Ben shares Violet, 18, Finn, 15 (formerly known as Seraphina) and Samuel, 12, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

And as far as how Jennifer and Ben are getting along these days, the source said they are being “cordial” with each other.

Affleck was reportedly living in a $100,000-a-month rental home in Brentwood while filming The Accountant 2, while the actress is currently residing in her $60 million mansion.

However, it was revealed that the duo hired a real estate agent, Santiago Arana, to sell the luxurious residence – which had been purchased last year.

One source told TMZ that the two have been ‘showing the house about 2 weeks’, but they have not yet achieved a buyer.

Earlier this week, it was claimed that Jennifer could “get over Ben Affleck with ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez” following a split.

A separate source told DailyMail.com that the actress is “strategic” when it comes to announcements and also “likes to break news on Fridays,” adding that she is “a smart person.”

Some close friends of the artist speculated that she could recover with the former Yankees star and star Alex Rodriguez.

Despite the allegations that he betrayed Lopez, which ended the engagement in 2021, the source said, ‘He was always the best pair of it.’
